1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• A return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used perfumes
• Products damaged after delivery
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards or promotional products

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status.

Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to process depending on your payment provider or bank.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during checkout via SafePay.

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

• Damaged during delivery
• Incorrect items sent by our team
• Defective upon arrival

Customers must provide clear images or videos as proof when requesting an exchange.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
